INTEGRATIVE PSYCHOTHERAPY & WELLNESS
Clarity Through Connection.
Therapy rooted in curiosity, informed by science, and built around the complexity of the individual human experience.
Step out of your head and into perspective.
Many people who find me have spent years navigating life independently - and successfully. Over time, that self-reliance can quietly shift into a cycle of overthinking: replaying patterns, questioning decisions, and carrying emotional weight you may not fully recognize. This is where that changes. Therapy that helps you slow down, gain genuine understanding of what's been driving your patterns, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and ownership.
When you’re ready for change.
My therapy work is designed around curiosity, reflection, and a willingness to grow.
This journey is especially effective for those experiencing:
Persistent stress or internal overwhelm
Repeating relational or emotional patterns
Life transitions (relational, professional, or physical)
The pressure to “have it together” while struggling with anxiety or indecision
Most major insurance plans accepted - I manage the claims process so you can focus on your care.
Areas of expertise.
My work centers on personal development, leadership, and lifestyle management, helping you build a life that feels authentic and sustainable.

When stress becomes the background noise of everyday life, it’s hard to feel grounded or clear. Lifestyle-focused support helps you make sense of how your habits, values, and environment affect your wellbeing as we work on creating sustainable changes that actually fit your life.
High-level responsibility often comes with invisible pressure. Executive wellness supports professionals in managing stress, decision-making, leadership dynamics, and work–life integration.
-
Relationships can bring out both our strongest and most tender edges. Our work together focuses on understanding what’s happening beneath the surface and creating emotional safety that helps individuals and couples move toward connection, honesty, and mutual respect.
-
Women's bodies go through profound hormonal shifts - pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause - and each phase brings its own mental, emotional, and physical challenges. I work with women navigating anxiety, mood changes, identity shifts, and relationship dynamics tied to these transitions. This isn't just about managing symptoms - it's about understanding how hormones influence your mental health and building tools that support you through every stage of life.
-
Adolescence is a time of rapid growth, identity formation, and emotional development. Therapy offers teens a supportive space to build confidence, self-awareness, and emotional skills while helping families better understand what support looks like during this stage.
-
Mental and physical health aren't separate - they're deeply interconnected. I work with clients to understand how stress, hormones, lifestyle, and relationships shape mood, energy, and overall well-being. This approach addresses anxiety, depression, and burnout through a whole-person lens grounded in health psychology and functional psychiatry. Together, we'll build strategies that support both mental clarity and physical vitality.

Experience & empathy.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with advanced training in Health Psychology through Harvard Medical School, my practice is shaped by years of experience supporting adults, adolescents, and couples through stress, transition, and growth.
I’ve worked across clinical, academic, and professional settings - working with healthcare providers, executives, athletes, and families - with a focus on anxiety, ADHD, relationship dynamics, and the pressures that come with high responsibility.
My background allows me to meet people with both rigor and empathy. I lead with science, connect through compassion, and work collaboratively to support my clients.
My therapeutic approach focuses on practical skill-building as well as a deep respect for the lived realities people carry into our sessions.
I prioritize personal development as much as relief, which means that the journey is collaborative and engaged. Whether we’re exploring anxiety, ADHD, work–life balance, relational dynamics, sexual wellness, or women’s health across different life transitions, the goal is the same: helping you build a stronger relationship with yourself — always with an integrative, whole-person perspective.
