Debra is a psychotherapist for professionals and families with advanced education at Harvard Medical School specializing in Evidence Based practices in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Collaborative Problem Solving and Mind Body Medicine. Debra is a researcher in the emerging field of Psycho-Neuro-Immunology, Trauma Informed Therapy, Addiction Medicine and is committed to the highest quality of mental health care.
Over the past 15 years, Debra has been the Executive Director for The Mind Body Institute for Women’s Health, School Counselor for K-12, Substance Abuse Counselor, probation department, military and individual, group counseling. Board of Director for Greater Orange County CHADD, Board of Director for California Marriage Family Therapist Orange County chapter and a guest speaker at corporate, medical and nurses conferences and educational in-service. Debra is a Marriage Family Therapist Registered Associate #85678, Supervised by a Michael Uram, LMFT.

Collaborative Problem Solving helps kids and adults that lack the skill, not the will. Effectively train the brain while compassionately working on skills related to problem solving, flexibility and frustration tolerance.
Play Therapy – Child therapy is a systematic treatment approach that centers around a child’s play while building skills in emotional and social developmental. Family and child learning together with a trained therapist helps build the bridge of connection and manage ADHD, OCD, behavioral concerns and lagging skills in social development.
