Debra is a psychotherapist treating the whole person. An Associate Marriage Family Therapist with continued education taken at Harvard Medical School specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Collaborative Problem Solving and Virtual Reality therapy for phobias – Adults, Children and Adolescents.
Over the past 15 years, Debra has been the Executive Director for The Mind Body Institute for Women’s Health, School Counselor for K-12, Substance Abuse Counselor for Executive programs. Board of Director for Greater Orange County CHADD, Board of Director for California Marriage Family Therapist Orange County chapter and a guest speaker at corporate, medical and nurses conferences and educational in-service. Debra is a Marriage Family Therapist Registered Associate #85678, Supervised by a Michael Uram, LMFT.

Collaborative Problem Solving helps kids and adults that lack the skill, not the will. Effectively train the brain while compassionately working on skills related to problem solving, flexibility and frustration tolerance.
Virtual Reality Therapy – technology and humanity heal and offers immersive, multi-sensory environments using guided equipment that nudge our brains into thinking we are safe to explore our fears. Used for Fears of flying, fears of dentists/medical appts, fears of public speaking even bullying. A systematic treatment approach where you are in control of fears.
